You may ask Vireal to delete personal information associated with a website enquiry, Growth Assessment or WhatsApp conversation.
How to submit a deletion request
- Email info@vireal.co with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- State that you want your Vireal data deleted and provide the email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number you used to contact us.
- Do not include passwords, identity documents, patient records or medical information in your initial request.
Verification and processing
To protect your information, we may reply through the email address or phone number already associated with the record, or request limited additional information, to verify that you are authorised to make the request.
After verification, we will search the systems used for Vireal enquiries and lead operations and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required. This may include contact records, lead and assessment records, attribution details, WhatsApp message records and related workflow activity.
We will confirm when the request has been completed. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies in encrypted backups will expire according to the applicable backup cycle and will not be used for ordinary business operations.
Meta and WhatsApp account data
This process deletes information controlled by Vireal. To manage or delete information held independently in your Meta or WhatsApp account, use the privacy and account tools provided by Meta or WhatsApp.
